ISM/ISPS/MLC Audits:

Navigational Audits:

Our auditors investigate all actions and sequences you wish to analyze. In their final report you will find a survey of both good practices and near-miss accidents. It also contains concrete recommendations for improvements to your procedures – so you can take immediate action and increase operational safety.

Mooring Audits:

From mooring equipment to STS transfers – our mooring auditors examine procedures and operational practices to verify whether your documented Safety Management System (SMS) is being properly implemented and effectively maintained. Their focus is compliance with industry guidelines covering the requirements of TMSA element 6A, VIQ and MEG4. Is there room for improvement

Environmental Audits (MARPOL):

We carry out environmental audits and compliance to verify whether compliance is observed with every local, national and international regulation as well as company-specific procedures. After an initial review of all onboard documentation, the auditors will verify the appropriate condition and use of onboard machinery. Finally, our experts will review the processes implemented by the crew regarding safety and the environment.

Management / Office Audits:

We examine your vessel’s documented management system. The focus of the review is the verification, implementation and maintenance of ISM, ISPS, MLC codes across the company’s office procedures. The office audit consists of an opening meeting, interviews with responsible personnel, verification of documents/physical verification and a closing meeting, where findings are presented as non-conformity or observation to the Top Management and DPA.
